PADI IDC Indonesia schedule 2023
The new PADI IDC Indonesia schedule 2023 is out! PADI 5 star Career Development Centre Oceans 5 Gili Air will conduct in 2023 nine PADI Instructor Development Courses.
After 2, 5 years of pandemic Oceans 5 announce the PADI Course Director Sander Buis will teach fully the PADI IDCs. Sander is the owner of Oceans 5 Gili Air. He became a PADI Course Director in 2013 and a DDI Instructor Trainer Examiner in 2017. His teaching style is based on realist teaching, not to teach to pass the PADI Instructor Development Course.
During the IDC Sander will explain his way of realistic teaching during workshops. These workshops are especially developed by Sander to help to understand the control of the students, to solve the problems of the students, but more important the teaching methods can be implemented everywhere in the world. It doesn’t matter where the IDC candidate will work after the PADI IDC. He/she will have a toolbox to adjust the teaching way to the circumstances where he/she is.
Oceans 5 Gili Air
Oceans 5 Gili Air opened her doors in 2010. Quickly they became a PADI Instructor Development Centre. In 2014 they were rewarded by PADI by focusing on their teaching quality to become a PADI 5 star Career Development Centre.
The dive resort is famous for their facilities. There is a dedicated IDC classroom, two huge pools especially designed for scuba diving and a dedicated IDC boat for the open water training. All the training facilities are located in the dive resort, except the open water training site. That one is only 5 minutes away from the dive shop.
